SoftArt IT Consulting offers remote IT support through the LogMeIn platform. Many computer issues can be resolved remotely, without having to schedule an on-site service call. With LogMeIn, you can sit at your computer and watch us diagnose and fix your problem from our office over a safe and secure encrypted link.
We offer remote support for $25/hour. If an on-site visit is ultimately required, your remote support cost will be applied towards your on-site service bill.
The video below is a tutorial that shows step by step how to install the LogMeIn client on your computer. Once this is installed, we can connect to your machine and resolve your IT problem.
